G. Love teams with John Butler Trio this summer

G. Love [ tickets ] & Special Sauce will join forces with Aussie combo John Butler Trio for a coast-to-coast North American outing.Both bands will traipse through Europe in June and July before launching their joint tour Aug. 1 in Council Bluffs, IA. The trek, which will also include a yet-to-be announced special guest, is scheduled to visit nearly 30 cities across the US and into Canada through mid-September. Several festival performances are on the itinerary, including Chicago's Lollapalooza Aug. 3 and Telluride, CO's Blues & Brews Festival Sept. 13.
